| Cancellation / Refund Policy |
Customer-Initiated Cancellation: • Up to 7 days before (Japan time base): No cancellation fee • 3–6 days before (Japan time base): 50% of the total fee • 1 day before / Same day / No-show: 100% of the total fee Company-Initiated Cancellation: • Full refund or free rescheduling (due to bad weather, vehicle trouble, etc.) Refund Requests: • Must be submitted within 3 business days after the service date • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 days |
